Event Deposit and Payment Disclaimer:
Any date change request must be made in writing as soon as possible and mandatory 20 days prior to the event. Please be advised that the deposit amount of 50% is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 20 business days before your event date. In the event of cancellation, if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable 50% deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 20 business days prior to the scheduled event date. However, If you‘ve paid in full, you have a 1-chance in writing agreed upon date to reschedule the event at no extra charge.
Any date change request must be made in writing as soon as possible before the Event. The possibility of a given date change is subject to availability and the receipt of a new agreement to replace this Agreement. Both Parties must consent to such date change.
